I just can’t seem to figure out my skin to get it to the final goal of nice soft smooth and pretty even skin. I’ve reduced my acne over the past couple years but how can I take it further? What would help me out in getting rid of redness and discolouration?

What is your current routine? Perhaps a mask or serum with Centella in it will reduce the redness.  I would recommend something from this line:

as i have used it for calming my skin, but I am sure there are many calming lotions out there with various ingredients that can benefit.
