face washes that will ACTUALLY clear my skin?

I have dry, textured, skin with lots of acne and blackheads. I’ve tried so many cleansers. Can somebody give me something that will ACTUALLY work?

Try DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCARE - Alpha Beta® Pore Perfecting Cleansing Gel

It exfoliates and evens out skin texture and has completely reduced the amount of blackheads/pimples in my t-zone (specifically my chin because that is my problem area). If I could I would bathe in this stuff.

I reccomend Dr. Brandt's Microdermabrasion (age defying exfoliator). Because you said your skin was textured and dry you most likely have a lot of keratinocytes building up and trapping sebum/other impurities. You need to slough off those dead skin cells. It is expensive, but well worth it. You want to use it ~3 times a week. On the other days I would reccomend Peter Thomas Roth's Anti Aging Cleansing Gel. The glycolic and salicylic acid will help resurface pores on the days you aren't using Dr. Brandt. Don't shy away because it says "anti aging" ... the products are going to get the job done just as well as something that says "anti acne". And I know you said your skin was dry, but it could be more-so dehydrated. Since you have acne/blackheads your pores are probably larger, meaning your skin type is probably combo/oily and not dry, but dehydrated. I would reccomend using a hyloronic, water based hydrstor (instead of a moisturizer which is going to be more oily). Peter Thomas Roth's Water Drench Serum and Hydrating Moisturizer would help get you started on some much needed hydration! 🙂 Recommended Products: Dr. Brandt's Microdermabrasion (age defying exfoliator), PTR Anti Aging Cleansing Gel, PTR Water Drench Serum, PTR Water Drench Hydrating Moisturizer.

@meredithmcc FAB Pure Skin Face Cleanser is gentle but effective.  It should pair well with the Retinoid you are using.  Good luck!
