best exfoliator

Hello All, I have sensitive, normal to oily, acne prone skin. I am looking for a really good exfoliators  for my skin. I have a lot of acne scars and some pimples and I am looking for an exfoliate to combat that. I have tried the good genes by Sunday Riley and it was awful it ruined my skin. Other than that I haven't tried that many exfoliates and I will take any suggestions Thank you!!

RE: best exfoliator

My new holy grail exfoliater is Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating cleanser! 🙌🏻 It's so gentle on my skin but it does suchhhh a good job. 👍🏻I exfoliate every night and see the difference the next morning 😍

RE: best exfoliator

i have normal/oily skin w frequent acne breakouts as well and i have the dr. brandt exfoliator and love it!

Re: best exfoliator

I would start off gentle, AmorePacific Enzyme Peel is amazing. Also the Dennis Gross pads are great as well, try that every other day and work your way up to everyday. I cut mine in half and store in a ziploc bag to double my product.

RE: best exfoliator

one of my favorite ways to exfoliate my skin is mixing any super gentle face cleanser [i typically go for Cetaphil] and mix in baking soda. proportions for each product will vary depending on how rough you want it to be but i usually do pretty equal parts. hope this helps a little. it's never broken me out [my skin is very sensitive] and makes my skin look much less dull!

Thank you

Re: best exfoliator

You should use something not too much invasive and natural as much as possible.

I'd try brands like Kate somerville or olehenrinksen that are vegan and/or natural.

Then, I'd try also some products with salicylic acid to fight acne.
