What is best skin care routine and product?

please advice which products to buy to help with skin care. Could be makeup remover, hydrating cream, serum, etc.. whatever you think is best and good for sensitive facial skin. My cheek pores are also so obvious to see which sometimes i feel if not using the right product could cause redness or acne. Thanks!

I have sensitive skin as well, and the two very best skincare brands I’ve ever used are Cerave and Avene. Neither are sold at Sephora, unfortunately. Cerave is a drugstore brand in the US, and I believe Avène is in drugstores in many other countries...I’m in the US and order from dermstore.com). Both brands are for sensitive skin and focus on repairing/soothing/moisturizing instead of exfoliating/potency. (Specific products I love & use every day: Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, Avene Thermal Spring Water Spray for toner, and Avene Tolerance Extreme Cream or Avene XeraCalm Cream for moisturizer.) HTH!

Oh, and I meant to say I use all of the above on my FACE, not just on the rest of my body! And have had zero bad reactions or breakouts. 🙂

The Dermaclear micro foam by dr Jart is great, gentle and works well for my dry and sensitive skin. I also use the water drop moisturizer is very sighing and is also very gentle. I would also suggest starting slow with a cleanser and moisturizer and then incorporating more, like a cleansing water, once your skin is used to the new products and you can see how the effect your skin. Luna by Sunday Riley is great for helping with the look of pores but it may not be comfortable for sensitivity, a sample would help to determine that. Hope this helps 🙂

The Water Drop moisturizer...so glad you mentioned that as its been on my radar for a while now! (Have you ever used any of Dr. Jart’s Ceramidin products? Also on my shortlist bc the name sounds so creamy and soothing, lol, but I haven’t actually tried anything besides testing in store.)
