Waterproof liquid eyeliner pen

Ive tried Kat Von D, Stilla, Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Clinique, u name it i think ive tried it... all of them r mediocre... i have an extremely oily creaselines n by the mid day my eyelids get oily n even waterproof liquid eyeliners smudge.... what r ur recommendations?

Have you tried using eye primer before? I have super oily eyelids due to my monolids but I find that eye primers do the trick! I recommend the urban decay one!

I agree definitely try a primer! That was the only thing that helped me as well!
