WHY ISN'T BELIF TRUE CREAM AQUA BOMB NOT CONSIDERED CLEAN AT SEPHORA?

I've been using Belief True Cream Aqua Bomb for a long time and I love it so much it's my favorite. I don't understand why it's not considered clean at Sephora when it says on their description that it’s formulated without parabens, sulfates, phtalates and it is free of mineral oils, petroleum, synthetic preservatives, dyes, fragrances and animal origin ingredients.

Keep in mind Sephora's clean label has no bearing on the safety and efficacy of a product.  If you like your Belif moisturizer, does it truly matter than it doesn't fit Sephora's parameters for 'clean?'  

Just curious on your take.  Why are you concerned?  For all we know, it could just be an oversight...
