Using more then one Serum

Im gonna buy the faded serum for darkspots and i was wondering, can i also use the ordinary serum (hyaluronic acid 2% + B5) with the serum or would that be too much?

Re: Using more then one Serum

It would be too much if they were both exfoliating, but the The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrating Serum is hydrating for your skin, I personally love using it daily.

Just apply the serums in order from thinnest viscosity to thickest viscosity @SaraLa455

I would also suggest avoid using the Topicals Faded Serum for Dark Spots & Discoloration 1.7 oz/ 50 mL daily, try incorporating it 1-2x a week as it is exfoliating which can cause sensitivity if over used. Ensure you wear SPF during the day, as the Faded Serum is removing old, dead skin and increasing the rate of cell turnover. The new fresh skin is sensitive to the sun and can lead to sun damage if it’s not protected, even in the winter.

good luck with your new routine! 😊

Re: Using more then one Serum

Thank you @bakeamuffin, Im trying to get rid of my hyperpigmentation around my mouth and cheek bone area, if i use the tropicals 1-2 times a week do you think i will see results? Sorry for another question im just a beginner with skincare!

Re: Using more then one Serum

It’s okay @SaraLa455, I love to help if I can!
Yes, with continued use over time you should begin to see results, especially if you’re also keeping your skin hydrated and protected from the sun 🙂
