The Ordinary and Drunk Elephant Protini Peptide

Many of The Ordinary’s products say not to mix with peptides (i.e. the salicylic acid, lactic acid, glycolic toner, etc). Does anyone know if that would include the DE Protini Peptide moisturizer? I use DE to moisturize morning and night. Would this not mix or would you think The Ordinary is implying stronger more direct peptides? I don’t want to abandon this moisturizer!

@TessaB87  I am struggling with this as well. I use DRUNK ELEPHANT - C-Firma™ Vitamin C Day Serum

and just got THE ORDINARY - buffet

but the ordinary says not to mix vitamin c with peptides. Yet I was mixing c-Firma with protini. And it’s a peptide. I decided to stop the buffet until I can find more info. Drunk elephant says you can mix and layer anything. So confusing!!
