Textured skin

Hello! I’ve always had a lot of texture on my forehead and sebum on my nose and no matter the products I use it doesn’t seem to go away. I would say I have combination skin but it’s more on the dry side. I’ve tried the glow recipe toner, laneige cream skin toner, the ordinary glycolic acid. I also have been using cosrx snail mucin, the ordinary hyaluronic and niacinamide serums. I currently use black African soap which seems to have helped remove a lot of texture but there is still some left. Does anyone have a good toner recommendation as I’m looking for a good everyday one. As well as maybe changing up the serums I use to help combat the texture. I also currently use a Cerave moisturizer but I as well am looking for a new moisturizer to try as I feel it has not helped my skin. Thank you!!!!
