Tatcha cleansing oil safety

Hi, I use the tatcha camellia cleansing oil on My face and eyes every night to remove makeup/sunscreen, but is it safe for eyes? Since it has Lactic acid in it? I donโ€™t want to exfoliate my eyes with my sensitivity and damage my eyes, Iโ€™ve used it for a week so far and concerned as my eyes get blurry, am I getting some harsh ingredients in my eyes? Any help is appreciated thank you!!!
