Tarte Skincare

I am an no way a true brand fanatic but I tend to leave makeup to makeup companies and skincare to skincare companies.... that being said I heard some rave reviews about the knockout AHA product from tarte by Stephanie Nicole on youtube and just ordered it ! Has anyone used this before ? I used good genes for some time but am hoping this can replace it due to the cost effectiveness !

Re: Tarte Skincare

@m3rc3d3s They are definitely different. While they both contain AHA's, Knockout appears to have 10% Salicylic Acid and a bit of Lactic Acid. Whereas Sunday Riley's Good Genes is Lactic Acid. Sounds like the Tarte one would be good for more acne prone skin perhaps?

Re: Tarte Skincare

@GG84 I'm intrigued that it has 10% BHA, b/c I use Paula's Choice BHA 9 and wold secretly love even a little more oomph!  I won't try anything "tingling" though.  Do you know of any other high concentration BHA product?  Thanks!  🙂

Re: Tarte Skincare

@greeneyedgirl107 Drunk Elephant Baby Facial is a mask and is 25% AHA but 2 % BHA...its Strong.

Re: Tarte Skincare

@GG84 I need to start looking into AHA!  Thanks!
