Sol de Janeiro Delica Drench Body Butter

Has anyone purchased and used the Sol de Janiero Delica Drench Body Butter? I have very dry skin and am looking for a moisturizing product, especially a body butter. I've smelled this one a few times in the store and I really like the scent. Alot of Bath and Body Works and other scents are too strong for me. They smell too perfume-y and sometimes give me a headache.

I tried a bit of it and walked around for awhile just to make sure it's not too strong. It's pretty thick but I noticed it doesn't all rub into the skin. My hands didn't feel too greasy, but they looked quite shiny. I think it may be something I would like and could use for my dry skin. I want to see what others think before I purchase it. I will most likely purchase the smaller tub for now.

I really like it! I use it on top of very damp freshly showered skin. I pop out the shower, gentle pat most excess water while leaving my skin noticeably damp. I put my body butter (or lotion/oil) on my shelf next to my shower before I get in. I feel like that method specifically works wonders for dry skin + heavier butters like this product. It keeps you very moisturized over night, and during the day it can help you have a healthy body glow. As you mentioned, it can have a bit of sheen/tack, so if you will be wearing clothes over the moisturizer part, I recommend applying while you’re in a robe, continuing with the rest of your routine (hair, makeup, oral care, scroll on TikTok lol) and then dressing after.
