So I have Keratosis Polaris. Any suggestions ?

Has anyone tried a special lotion or soap or exfoliant that has helped reduce these bumps? The most annoying ones are on my bum! But I often find myself subconsciously picking at the ones on my arms.

@Audreynk4   We like Derma Doctor's line, specifically the scrub and lotion.  From our experience, it's very important to keep the area of your skin that has the kp bumps very moisturized to prevent any cracks that would allow the bumps to get infected.

I learned that Moisturizing the area well and consistently is the key else nothing works. Currently I use REN CLEAN SKINCARE - AHA Smart Renewal Body Serum twice a week but moisturize everyday after shower - I mix any lotion from Costco (Aveeno or Lunriderm) with 2 pumps of Squalane oil and apply it on both arms. 
I recently read that using jojoba oil (since it’s closest to skin’s own sebum) helps in sebum regulation in turns helping with keratosis Polaris so I am going to try mixing that next (found Jojoba for $12 at Ulta and it’s on its way to me).
