Small bumps on cheeks??

I’ve had these all my life and they just won’t go away, Please help!! I use the glossier milky cleanser, hyaluronic acid from the ordinary, And the Kiehl’s ultra facial cream moisturizer day & night.

Yes, The recommended the CeraVe SA Lotion for Rough & Bumpy skin. After using it for a few months i didn’t see any difference. Im not sure what the bumps were called since it was years ago.
