Skincare routine

Spoiler

Hi

I really want to start a skincare routine but I have no idea about the products. Can someone tell me good products for the routine and the steps.

My skin is super sensitive and its combination. Also I have dark circles.

Re: Skincare routine

Hi @shezyy. A good basic routine can consist of a cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I have sensitive, dry skin. I tried Cerave’s cleansers and found them waaay to drying for me. You might be ok with them since you have combination skin. A simple moisturizer that I like is SEPHORA COLLECTION All Day Hyaluronic Acid Hydrator Moisturizer. It does it’s job without making my skin freak out! For sunscreen, I used to use Clarins Dry Touch Facial Sunscreen SPF 50 but I’ve been searching for something new (searching for a more budget friendly alternative). Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40 Face Sunscreen with Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide is pretty popular here but my experience with it is limited to borrowing it from others.

Once you’ve got a basic routine down, you can start adding other products for specific concerns like dark circles.

Re: Skincare routine

@shezyy You can go to The Ordinary or The INKEY list website and they'll make a routine for you based on how you answer some questions to get you started. Both brands are sold at Sephora and pretty affordable for people just starting out.
