Skin care product recommendation

Hi! I'm looking for a recommendation for a skin care product line or combo of products. I have combination skin and recently finished a round of accutane. My skin is now clear and I'd like to keep it that way! Also interested in products for pre anti-aging and not too expensive. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated 😊 currently looking at Origins line

I am a huge fan and always recommend Michael Todd. Purity is another great brand. Caudalie is great as well but I no longer use them because they are not cruelty free.

While I don't use it anymore i really credit Elizabeth Arden visible difference line with setting the stage for my love for skincare. The brand is very underrated. My mother uses the prevage line. Anyway amorepacific [which is sold at sephora] also has some great hydrating products. Sunday Riley also has some very popular products. I don't like everything I've tried. But they do have some good products. I currently have Sisley May Lindstrom mila moursi and Rodin products in my steady rotation. I don't think you need a single line it's all about what your skin likes. Have fun exploring but don't overdo it because your skin might not react well. I do recommend finding an oil. I really love what they do for my skin. And i didn't think i would. Sorry for the long sentences. I'm using the app and the keyboard weirdly doesn't have a comma.

I'm a big fan of the Murad skin care line. If that is a bit too expensive for your budget, a close second is Ole Henriksen's line of products. Nearly as effective as Murad but more budget-friendly.

@melizabeth807 Does the MD that prescribed the Accutane have any recommendations?

For acne management, liquid cleansers are best, as it BHA (I only like Paula's Choice); I personally like mechanical exfoliation, but I would clear that with your MD (Neutrogena makes some good scrubs).  Also, you may benefit from Retin-A or at least Differin.

For anti-aging, I recommend retinol (or Retin-A; a retinoid); AHA; antioxidants.  I use FAB Retinol Serum; but Olay should have some decent ones.  For antioxidant I use Paula's Choice C15 Super Booster, but Drunk Elephant is popular.  I don't use AHA personally, but Alpha Skin Care is highly rated.

Good luck!

Stay away from oil and silicone. I use skinsecuticals cleanser and image skincare for my moisturizer and tonier
