Skin bumps

Hi! Iโ€™ve noticed this kind of skin texture/tiny bumps all over my face. Sometimes it gets better and sometimes it gets worse. However, I canโ€™t seem to fully get rid of it. I do exfoliate and use masks too. Any help?

Skin bumps

Those look like milia. I would recommend a milder exfoliant (over exfoliating can cause some problems) and maybe a 3 step daily/twice daily medicated treatment (he Clinique one works well). And maybe try an acne clearing mask once a week (if you want to stay with the same brand, I think clinique as one, but I haven't used it myself.) I would recommend visiting a dermatologist, though, if nothing seems to be working. Milia can be really hard to get rid of, and a dermatologist can help point you in the right direction.

RE: Skin bumps

Ugh milia! I got them a lot when I was trying different eye creams, and am still trying to get rid of the ones more occlusive ones caused. You will need to exfoliate- they are full of keratin, so you wonโ€™t be able to extract them. It is always a slow process though, because itโ€™s not advisable to use strong exfoliants near the eye area. If you want to get rid of them in a hurry, your dermatologist can help.

Re: Skin bumps

I had this and the only thing that worked for me was benzoyl peroxide. I use CLINIQUE - Acne Solutions All-Over Clearing Treatment Oil-Free. That being said, everyone is different and what works for me may not be suitable for you. You may have some trial and error ahead of you before finding a solution.

Re: Skin bumps

@SabrinaCCWhat are you exfoliating with? Any chemical exfoliation? Which moisturizer do you use? Something is clogging.

Re: Skin bumps

That looks like milia.  They are little keratin filled cysts.  You can try changing your moisturizer to a lighter formula and exfoliating a little more.  If it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist.
