@Tina54321   Hi Christina, I hope you've gotten an answer by now! But for future reference, the chat in the Store section of Sephora is a much faster way to get a response. As you're seeing here, there may not be anyone from Sephora checking these posts. There's also a section called Orders as a drop-down menu item under your profile on the store side of the website, which is another good place to check. Hope this helps. 💋
