STACKEDSKINCARE Microneedling Tool 2.0 -- Are the reviews legit?

I just bought the Stacked Skincare Microneedling tool. It has almost all positive reviews but a pretty steep price tag ($125). Upon receiving it, I noticed that the packaging it came in is super super cheap, and not sealed. So someone could have taken this out of the package very easily without me knowing. I am a bit uncomfortable using it for this reason and now second guessing the reviews as they are ALL positive and surely someone else would have mentioned the packaging. When paying $125, for something with needles that you put on your face, I would have expected a sealed package. Has anyone actually used this tool and had positive results?
