Rosacea on my neck. Help!!!

I have rosacea on my neck. Looks like someone tried to strangle me. But I also have the little white bumps where it is red at. What can I do to get rid of this? I try to cover with makeup but it gets on my clothes. I'm so embarrassed.

You can try to use anti-acne medications to help it from worsening, keep it protected from the sun by using sunscreen, and keep it from getting too dry by regularly moisturizing it.
