Help! Looking for a skin care routine to help with my rosacea. I have very dry skin all over and get tiny white heads on my cheeks and jawline from the rosacea/keratosis pilaris. Any recommendations would be so appreciated!

Hey! My little sister has keratosis pilaris and the Ordinary lactic acid and paulas choice exfoliant has really helped!

I agree with @bakeamuffin , Tower 28 is excellent. @ananoymus.

Another line worth researching is Skinfix. They have products that really help me when my rosacea is acting up.

Another serum that I find helpful is The INKEY List SuperSolutions 10% Azelaic Serum 1 oz / 30 mL , I'd give that a little research too.

I’d suggest checking out the skincare line by tower 28 because they use ingredients aimed at helping sensitive skin. They’re Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 4 oz/ 120 mL is one of my favourites and the Tower 28 Beauty SOS Intensive Redness Relief Serum with Hypochlorous Acid 2 oz / 59 mL is also fantastic. The Tower 28 Beauty SOS Daily Skin Barrier Redness Recovery Moisturizer 1.86 oz / 55 ml doesn’t contain the same ingredients as the SOS spray and serum but it is an excellent cream that is free of harsh or irritating ingredients. They also have the stamp of the National Eczema Association
