Well it's not a true moisturizer, the MAKE UP FOR EVER Step 1 Primer Color Corrector - Redness Corrector Redness Corrector  has done wonders for how red my skin gets. Honestly I use it underneath a general moisturizer and it does wonders!

If you're trying to go for a makeup look it is a true primer so it doesn't have as much/any hydration but I found it's a fairly cheap solution that allows you to use a more higher quality moisturizer to keep everything balanced.
