Need advice on applying Dr. Jart Cicapair Color Corrector

Hi all! I'm hoping someone can help me out...I've been using Dr. Jart cicapair color corrector, but it leaves a white tint to my skin, even after I let it set for a few minutes. It also makes my skin texture look super uneven and almost flaky looking. I apply it with my fingers, always after moisturizer and SPF, sometimes after primer. I don't know if it's just the product that isn't working for me, or if there's a better way to apply it? Or is there a better option for reducing redness? I have rosacea so need something super gentle yet very effective. TIA

Re: Need advice on applying Dr. Jart Cicapair Color Corrector

Hi, @lkveggie !  I've used this product on and off since it came out.  I have not had this problem.  Below are the instructions from the product page.  It sounds like you're applying correctly.  Maybe you're applying too much at one time?  Try using a thin layer, let dry, then apply more if needed.  Make sure your moisturizer has soaked in (and any other products you use beforehand).

How to Use

Suggested Usage:

-Apply to clean, moisturized skin.

-Warm a dime-size amount between your hands, then gently press and blend into skin.

-The cream will change from green to beige as you blend, visibly evening out skin tone.

-Apply more as needed.

-Use alone as a color corrector for a natural look, or use as a primer and follow with your favorite foundation if more coverage is desired.

Pro tips:

-Build it up for more coverage on areas of concern.

-If you have drier skin, use a richer moisturizer before applying.
