I second the Mario as well! I also have been using the Clinique gel for years, I find that it is pretty gentle.

I recommend the Kate Somerville EradiKate™ Acne Spot Treatment with 10% Sulfur 1 oz/30 mlI have found this works quickly and is gentle on the skin. I hope this helps!
