Moisturizer for face and eyes for women over 50 (pushing 60)

I've been using Nerium, then Borghese for a while, and think I need a change!  I'm closer to 60 than to 50, always had great skin, but the fine lines and deep marionette lines are starting to gather fast and furiously!  I also have some dark pigment spots (my aunt calls them "liver spots") that I need to get rid of!  My skin is normal to dry, complexion is medium/tan.

What do you recommend?  I don't want to do a gazillion products, just a day/night or day and separate night, an eye cream (to fix puffy and wrinkles - not really dark circles), and maybe a serum for under moisture (although I'd prefer a good moisturizer that doesn't need add-ons!).

I highly recommend MURAD - Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum for the sun spots. My mother had a large dark sun spot and it did take two bottles but one day i went to visit and it was completely gone. I got my first sun spot a couple years ago and tried to ignore it/cover it, but recently i saw that there were a couple more faint spots and I decided to get a bottle myself. I noticed a difference after the first night and they have been steadily fading. You only use it at night and make sure to wear a sunscreen the next day as it can make your skin photosensitive.

I'll be 68 in December. I have sensitive rosacea prone skin. In the AM I use The Ordinary moisturizer & then Make P:rem sunscreen and InstaNaturals eye gel. At night it's Kiehl's Vit C serum followed by IT Cosmetics Secret Sauce. I use IT Cosmetics Bye Be lines for under my eyes. A serum is an extra step but I have seen major improvements in my skin since I started using the serum.

Ive had huuuuge results using Sunday Riley Good Genes followed by Drunk Elephant Protini at night and Clinique Moisture Surge Intense during the day. Sunday riley is heckin expensive, but you only need the smallest drop to work into your skin. That alone might even be enough at night.

My skin is very crepey and I've seen the best results wearing the clinique moisture surge under foundation, especially in winter.

I recommend the eye cream from Clarins for more mature skin. For an essence I suggest either black tea from origins or the tatcha essence. There are many great moisturizers you can try like tatcha water creamfor daytime and drunk elephant for night time. These have all worked for me.. For dark spots any serum with vitamin c should help
