So I am 20 years old with normal/oily skin with zits here and there sometimes, and I definitely have pores (near my nose/cheek) pleasssse help me find a moisturizer that will make my skin feel healthy and actually moisturized throughout the whole day. I have used an Alba moisturizer since I turned like 16, but now I find it not doing the job so well. Any recommendations would be so appreciated!!

Tatcha's water cream is amazing. There is also aqua bomb by belief, and another one I've tried is Peter Thomas Roth cloud cream. They are all amazing. Any type of gel moisturizer should work best for your skin.

From the drugstore, I love clean & clear's dual action moisturizer. It's lightweight and works best if your skin is oily. If you need something a little heavier though then cetaphil's moisturizer is good and never broke me out. But if you can spend a little more then I really like mary kay's clear proof moisturizer(the one I'm using now). Works great on my oily-combination skin. Clinique's moisture surge is another great one.
