Is the clinique clarifying lotion pH balancing?

I need a pH balancing toner or cleanser and I already have this clarifying lotion so I want to know if it's pH balancing

@Kaatti I'd actually recommend ditching the Clinique as their toners don't really have great ingredients in them. As long as you're using a cleanser that doesn't have a high pH (which I highly recommend so you won't strip your skin of necessary moisture) then you don't really need a pH balancing toner.
