Hi I am using innbeauty Retinol and the moisturizer serum slushy...which one do I apply first ? Trying to figure out how to layer them.

Hi @lexe123. Start with the slushy first to moisturize your skin, then layer the retinol on top. Retinol can be drying and irritating, so added moisture can be helpful in minimizing the side effects. If this is your first time using retinol, start slowly with a pea-sized amount on your target areas every 2-3 days for a week, then slowly increase the frequency and the area covered over the following few weeks. I noticed the slushy has bakuchiol in it, so you might even want to start the slushy without the retinol for a week and see if that’s enough to tackle your concerns. Good luck with your skincare!
