If you need some help putting an affordable routine together then I would suggest checking out Hyram on YouTube. 

The best products in terms of affordability are definitely the Inkey List or the Ordinary, you can easily create an affordable routine with their products. They also have a pretty basic ingredients list and are generally good for sensitive skin since they don't contain fragrance. Also they both have some value/gift sets that are worth checking out, a lot of them include things your probably looking for in a routine.
