How to get rid of Milia (little white bumps)?

Hi,

I have little white bumps (SEE PICTURE ATTACHED) all over my forehead temples and near the sides of my cheeks, and a little under my eyes. Please can someone recommend a treatment to get rid of them. I have combination, acne prone skin.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try a led face mask. I was SO against them at first I wouldn’t even let my facialist use them on me, but I got desperate and I tried it and it got rid of ALL the milia on my face that I couldn’t get rid of for months. I brought one off amazon for like $100 and my skin is totally clear now. I swear by it, you just have to keep using it a lot.

An AHA exfoliant was what was recommended to me, something like Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL or Farmacy HONEYMOON GLOW AHA Resurfacing Night Serum with Hydrating Honey + Gentle Flower Acids or if you can go stronger The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Resurfacing + Exfoliating Peeling Solution 1 oz/ 30 mL and then also switching to a lighter moisturizer. 

Otherwise extraction can be completed by a dermatologist.

Can you recommend a lightweight non-comedogenic moisturizer, I currently use a moisturizer by Cetaphil.

Honestly non-comedogenic is not something I've looked into a lot (although I probably should have!) I've always seen cerave as a common recommendation if you are looking for something budget friendly and I THINK Tatcha The Water Cream 1.7 oz/ 50 mL is another one that's a bit more luxury.
