Help! small bumps on face, dry skin & dark spots!

I have somewhat problematic skin . It's really dry and i struggle with small bumps , all over my face which leaves dark spots. Especially on my cheeks and forehead, i wouldnt call it acne but they are noticable. My face also tends to be itchy when using certain creams , i currently use khiels products but they do not work anymore. Does anyone have tips/products that could help me with those problems? I recently tried  glycolic acid which helped alot , but its also drying.

Hi gracedivine! I have *really* sensitive skin and I have found that washing with Cetaphil gentle face wash and using a thermal spray in place of toner helps. I was recently in Sephora and I learned that the First Aid Beauty line is also great of sensitive skin. Maybe try giving that a shot.
