I'm looking to buy an eye cream and was wondering what is the best one for dark circles under the eyes and for puffiness and fine lines ?

I would recommend the Genaissance eye cream from La Mer. It cost a pretty penny but you will see results within a month as far as diminishing of fine lines and wrinkles, puffiness, as well as dark circles. It also will revitalize the under eyes. It gives your skin the energy to heal itself and repair the skin issues.

I recommend an eye cream that is not sold at Sephora - it's by Skinceuticals. I usually buy it on Amazon. I really like it because it's extremely moisturizing and helps with fine lines. Unfortunately there's really no eye cream that will solve for dark circles no matter the claims say. Good luck!
