Ouch.  I've had the same problem.  Spent months in the Dermatologists office attempting to clear up and determine source.  Allergy testing revealed several sensitivities.  Try Vanicream line (Free & Clear) of cleansers, creams & lotions until it clears up.  Throw out all your makeup.  When the condition clears re-introduce products one at a time until you find those that won't irritate.  Good luck.

Thank you so much - so weird but I’ve narrowed it to three products my mascara, beauty blender, smash box foundation and concealer. So I am going to do patch testing - so miserable! I’ve been using vanicream for my face that’s a coincidence buts it’s saved me (way more than hydrocortisone etc etc) - need to go to a derm but cannot because of COVID. Thank you!!!
