Dull, Dry Skin

I am in search of a new moisturizer that will make my dull skin niece and glowy, while still getting enough moisture for my dry skin. I currently use a Shiseido moisturizer and it's great for moisture, but doesn't do much to make my skin look... alive? Help!

Hi there! I’d like to recommend a serum or facial oil with Vit C. They’ve done wonders for my skin!
