I really wish sephoras shopping website and the blog convos had a cruelty-free section or group. I'm not a vegan or a hipster but animals matter to me and knowing that my products aren't tested on animals are a deal breaker to me. Shopping would be faster, easier and more of a joy if I had a designated section for cruelty-free skincare or cosmetics that I could shop from.

Am I the only one? (Only person standing in a crowd)

oh, I agree. I just checked leaping bunny and made a list. It made it easier to avoid non cruilty free products.

I definitely agree! After a lot of research, I know which brands are cruelty free, so I am able to filter through my search. It would be much easier if that was its own section though!

I agree I would love to know while shopping which products are responsibly produced. I know Kat Von D entire line is vegan and cruelty free, not to mention her products are actually great quality. Her matte lip sticks have an amazing formula and I swear by her shade and light kit and brush.

Thanks for your response. I love Kat's products but I just wish sephora had a section search for "cruelty-free" along with skin concerns, products or brands.

The Ordinary is great and they just started carrying it. They do not sell in China. That’s always a true test if a product is totally test free.

You're not alone! I would love for there to be indicators throughout BIC and the Sephora site regarding animal testing as well as other ethical considerations like gender equity in the company, working conditions in manufacturing sites, how materials are sourced, other environmental measures and so on.
