Clogged nose pores and forehead spots

Try Drunk Elephant’s line! I was breaking out previously and just started two weeks ago and love the entire line, especially the sukari baby facial and the Marula oil. Hope that helps with your clogged pores!

I had the same thing on my cheeks (as you do on your forehead). I would use ORIGINS - Clear Improvement® Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Poresand Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ AHA + BHA Mask 1.69 oz/ 50 mL (BHA cleanser)

Bha exfoliant on a regular basis to avoid the pores from getting clogged

I'd use a charcoal or clay mask twice a week, and a gentle exfoliating face wash for oily skin daily twice daily.  The little bumps on your forehead are subcutaneous and over time will either dissolve or come to the surface--do not squeeze them or you will get a scar!
