Cheek rash

I have these rash like pimples on my cheeks.My cheek area is read and has tiny pimples I don’t know what is causing it.I use cerave face wash and I don’t use apply any makeup except some sunscreen.Its not because of period because I have it when I’m on my period as well.Is there any cream or face wash anyone can suggest?

It looks like it could be perioral dermatitis or another form of dermatitis. The sunscreen could be causing the breakouts actually! Usually you need a prescription cream for this. The one I’ve had is called Metronidazole.
