Can you use the glow recipe watermelon spray as a toner?

I love the smell and look of the fine mist spray by glow recipe! I know you can use it as a setting spray or a pick me up. but I'm wondering if it can be used as toner?

I would imagine it's fine to use as a toner.  Keep in mind, toners were designed to neutralize caustic face-wash formulas.  But nowadays, most face washes don't drastically alter your skin's pH, so toning may not be necessary in the sense it's 'tones' the skin (aka balances pH levels).

I use mine as a calming, right-before-bed spray.  And I like the CAUDALIE - Beauty Elixir, too.
