Bumpy Skin

Hello, I was wondering if anybody can help identify or help me in the right direction of trying to make all or some of these bumps go away! I have always had these and they never go away and more start to come up. They are not acne so I don’t know how to treat. I wash face morning and night and exfoliate 2 times a week. Thanks!

Looks like it could be potentially be milia (a build up of keratin) - if that is the case, the only way for them to go away if they're persistent is for a dermatologist to extract them.  They're not something that can be squeezed like a pimple.  Generally they'll go away on their own within a few months, if they just popped up recently you can try light at home chemical peels, again though, usually milia that hangs around for a long time should be removed by a dermatologist.
