You may want to try First Aid Beauty ultra repair cream. It is suitable for dry, sensitive and even eczema prone skin

I have the same problem and I use Cerave Moisturizing Cream! (The one for Dry to very dry skin) it has Ceramides & hyaluronic acid and is perfect for sensitive skin. It also does not clog pores! It took me a long time to finally find a good Moisturizing cream and this one works very well. Hope this helps!

I haven't used it myself yet, but I have heard good things about ShiKai Borage Therapy Facial Moisturizer; a CF alternative to Cerave.
