I no longer break out on my back (crosses fingers), but I do have scars. Is there a fading cream someone can recommend to help me get my back clear? Thanks in advance!!

Vitamin C is great at fading post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Drunk Elephant C-Firma, The Ordinary 23% / 30% Vitamin C suspension and Timeless all have excellent products. Using chemical  exfoliants can also help in fading marks. Paula's Choice has 2 body lotions that do double duty. One has retinol and one has glycolic acid, both of which can speed up cell turnover. You'll want to take care with fade creams that use hydroquinone as the active ingredient as using that over large portions of the body is generally not recommended.
