Anti Aging?!?! I'm starting to wrinkle!

I'm just 30 and I'm starting to get nasty wrinkles on my forehead and under my eyes!!! I have been using a G.M. Collin regimen for anti aging for about 6 months and have seen little to no changes... if anyone can help point me to a product you think will help I'll be so greatful! xoxo

I'm not a professional, but I am 44 and have sun damage (too many lovely days at the beach). I also have light skin. I started using Biossance vit C oil as serum before moisturizer and my skin is so bright and clear. of course I am drinking water, eating nutritious foods, and following a skin care routine. My skin has not looked better for a very long time. It is pricey, but I got samples from them in the beginning.

Drink plenty of water daily, watch your diet diary has a lot of steroids /hormones that affect our skin and the aging process. I also suggest incorporating monthly facials with your skincare regimen. There are many different masks @sephora that u can sample. In addition to this sticking to a daily regimen will help the aging process as well. With products less is always more. You prob don’t need to layer a bunch of chemicals on your face -same goes with makeup. Skincare consist of utilizing really good products that work specifically for your skins needs and keeping everything minimal so your skin is able to breath and thrive naturally. Cleanser, toner, serum is always optional, moisturizer(with spf) & a eye cream. NEVER go to bed with your makeup on that will def age your skin. Another tip is green tea, it’s loaded with antioxidants that cleanse our liver and help our body in so many ways especially our skin! Don’t be afraid to hydrate at night with more than 1 product thought -night time routine is the most important ritual to help keep those wrinkles away. I would stay away from all the retinol and strong chemical ingredients as your skin is still very young and tight and sometimes using harsh chemicals only cause more damage than you think.

From my understanding there are only two clinically proven methods to fight signs of aging. SPF (30+) everyday to prevent and retinols (vitamin A) to treat. Which specific SPF and retinols you use will depend on your skin type, lifestyle etc.
