Acne and spots around the chin only

I get pimples quite often only around my chin. Once the pimples are gone they leave bad spots. What should I do to get rid of pimples and spots?

I use philosophy and it does works. It's gonna get lighter , I also tried Clinique for acne spots and it also works .
