Skin post-routine

The winter months can def be a drag on your skin. As a swimmer, I find that the chlorine in the pool really strips away a lot of nutrients away from skin and hair (but we need those endorphins!) My routine, thus, really just focused on hydration and simplicity is truly a value I try to impart in my skincare/haircare routine. 🛀

Here is my current regime. Any suggestions or advice? Would love to hear what people think.

Fun fact: I never did skincare before turning 23 (around a decade ago) and had a HASHTAG SKINTERVENTION with a Korean girlfriend of mine who saw my bathroom counter sans any products and dragged me a to local Kiehl's immediately.... Will never forget that moment and forever thankful to her for it! 😃📿
