@PrettyPaint omg I also LOVE the Faun lip pencil! I thought I lost it shortly after getting it and the thought of having to buy a brand new one really hurt, haha. I actually just found it in a purse I hadn't used in awhile, thank goodness! Thanks for sharing your faves! That Natasha mini palette looks like the perfect staple.

@haleyvvvv Just wanna mention, for anyone worried this means the end of the brand, that chapter 11 doesn’t always mean a business is closing shop. From what I’ve read elsewhere, Pat McGrath Labs filed chapter 11 to stop a potential liquidation (preempting the asset auction @danielledanielle posted about in this thread a short while back). This way, the brand gets more time to find a buyer, do more debt planning, and probably restructure itself. I’d rather see the brand in chapter 11 than sold to a liquidation-happy investment firm. This also keeps products in stores, so I don’t feel pressured (yet) to start panic-hoarding like I did with Ami Colé. 🫠 Eh, I’ll wait and see what happens. I assume Pat will stick around, even if it’s in a Creative Director role instead of CEO. I keep thinking of François Nars as an example there, though NARS has never filed bankruptcy. (Mr. Nars sold his brand and stayed on as Creative Director.) Pat’s partnership with LV seems like a backup plan.

I never thought I would have to write this. Sephora literally scammed me. They are scammers. I ordered 10 sets of Sephora 5pcs Lip Stains sets and got only 4 sets. Now when I complained, they informed they are unable to refund or reship because they previously refunded for a lost order. If their carried lost a package what I have to do with it? I paid for the order where the other 6 sets were missing. How cruel, unethical, scammer they are that they literally refused to refund or reship my paid order. Why I have to lost my money to them without any reason? Is this how Sephora is doing their business in several countries? I feel disgusted that I became their VIB customers. Disgustinf, theif.

Hello. Ive been a rogue member for a while. I love shopping at Sephora. This year, Ive had a few issues with missing items, damaged items, and have done a few store shade exchanges. I spend thousands a year at Sephora. Recently, I had a lost package, that came weeks later. When I reached out to support, they said "due to too many accommodations they cannot help me". I found that ODD. But then today, i reached regarding a foundation stick frim hourglass becuase it wasnt attached and loose in the container, she first said she would re ship. BUT then came back and said due to too many accommodations theres NOTNING they cannot help do. So basically, all their mistakes have been MY FAULT. Im so disturbed.
