If you're on a budget, I'd look into Sephora Collection Foundations which give great coverage at an affordable price points. My favorite is the Wonderful Cushion Foundation (it's on sale for $11.00). It's perfect for on the go and gives a natural finish.

Another great one is the Sephora Collection Make No Mistake Foundation & Concealer Stick. It's a foundation and concealer in one and provides higher coverage.
