Sephora Chic Week 2018

Does anyone know when this year’s Chic Week is? I know it’s usually the first or second week of April, but I rarely get the promotional emails for events (even though I get every other Sephora email). If you received an email, are the codes individual or are they general promo codes everyone can use? Are the discounts different for Rouge, VIB, and BI? (I tried emailing Sephora, but their customer service department was not helpful.) Thanks!
