It depends on how conservative you are with what you consider “safe” while breastfeeding. That peel has retinoids in it which I avoided while breastfeeding but I am very conservative with what I used. There is conflicting information on the safety of retinoids while breastfeeding so I chose to avoid them.

I’m breastfeeding and ran it by my son’s pediatrician and he said it’s fine. Just don’t exfoliate near your breast (I used to use it on my décolleté)
