Could you please do the same for my Sephora play account! I got 2 repeats ! I want to buy skincare and makeup that is quite pricey! That's why I signed up for this box to be able to try before I buy! I truly feel the beauty questions I answered for my profile arenot taken into consideration and it's really dissapointing. Please help!! !!! !

The same thing happened with me for this month February 2019. The products shown in the box in my email were completely different from the products received. Very confusing!!! And another problem is that they have become so repetitive. I am tired of receiving the same products! Please do something about it.

With all of the brands and products Sephora carries, why am I only getting the same things? I’ve had a subscription for almost 2 years and they are all relatively the same lately. You used to get a cute drawstring bag that was unique each month, an extra item that’s a perfume (I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received Prada Candy and I don’t even like it) and products from brands that were either up and coming or new items from my favorites. Now I get Caudalie moisturizer and Fresh masks for 4 times now and I see I’m receiving them again for a 5th time. There ar so many other things out there! Even receiving tools/ brushes would be incredible over the same things each month. Also there needs to be an option to only receive brands that are cruelty free. There are so many times I have to give things away or throw them away because they are tested on animals. So disappointed. I often ask myself why I keep the subscription and now I’m finally at that point where if March isn’t better, I’m done. Am I asking for too much?

This is pretty disappointing I gave Play! two chances to prove my friends wrong. They said the box subscription from Sephora was the worst but I still gave it a chance! My products for the past two boxes have not matched the email I received. After reading the other conversations I don’t understand why Play! is letting this continue.

I guess what confuses me is, even if I do receive what is said to be in my February box, there are still those I've received in previous boxes. With all of the makeup and skincare products available, it's perplexing to see repeats within such a short time. I've received VinoSource, the lipstick, and the mask in the past. I don't care for the products yet I'm receiving them again. I don't understand how the products are chosen.

This is at least the 3rd time I have received the Kat Von D Saint & Sinner perfume sample! According to my Play! page, I wasn't even supposed to receive it this time (2nd month in a row that my Play! page didn't match my actual box). I know there are a lot more perfumes out there - and newer - so I would to love to try something different.

Could they be taking the samples off the shelves from stores that people use everyday , wiping them down and then shipping them out in the boxes? I mean how do you send tubes with like 1 use worth of product in it to people that are paying for it? This is my first month and I didn't get anything that you guys are posting that you got, no Kat Von D, no 2 Clinique products. After reading all these posts I think I might cancel and I haven't even gotten my first box yet.

Im disappointed in sephora... this is my third box and the only box i actually liked was the first one. the samples are just getting smaller and this month i didn't even receive the baggage claim thing even though my paper said u would... also the sorbet thing had  literally no product in it so im considered cancelling but i kind of want to wait until march but to anyone who was had this box for longer... what should i do? do you recommend waiting? have the past boxes been better?

I have always stood up for Sephora when it came to their Play! box. My box always matched up with things specific to me and I always got what I wanted when hints were dropped. Now the past 3 have been utter disappointment! Not only do they not match with what the email said I received but they are not tailored to me. As a Rouge customer, you should have enough data to know what I like and things I wear. I’m over it... thanks Sephora. It’s been real
