Exciting news to share! In an effort to make our monthly PLAY! DATES even more accessible and fun, we are looking to you to help us rethink the experience.

Reply to this post with your ideas and recommendations for what you want to see at your local PLAY! DATE.  This could be product types, activities, or time/date preferences. All ideas welcome! This is about you.

Definitely more locations. And I really like the idea of some privacy for the Play! Date- it would make it feel special. Also for more fun- play for little prizes!

I really appreciate this survey and your willingness to improve❤️Here are some ideas:

 - it's a PLAY date so lets play!! Do little games like wheel of fortune or "Play" pong (like beer pong) with prizes like - 100points, 250points, 10-15-20% off full size item from play box, bag of foil samples, 3 deluxe samples etc.

- create more privacy- maybe temporary curtain wall so it feels more intimate and you don't feel like rest of the shoppers are staring at you (introvert here🙋🏼)

- invite experienced MUA , a teacher from a local makeup school, or experienced Sephora MUA

- train Play specialist for each store - so they are familiar with each product, each month and are ready to answer questions

- invite representative of one of the brands in PLAY box

- more locations

- each month should be different day, time

- create specific group Play dates - teens, moms, advanced Players, begginers, members of BIC etc.

- option to use play pass online (but still be able to use different promo code for deluxe sample)

The 50 play points should be available to use online and not just in store. Its more beneficial to order online bc you automatically get 3 samples without having to feel like you beg and/or bother the employee whilefollowing them around mentioning that you would like one and then when you say i would like this one also it's like I'm begging. Then online you get a free deluxe sample on top of the three reg samples but i lose out on every one of my 50play points bc i shop online more than the store. Online is also where most of the sale/clearance items are so why purchase in store when it's1/4 price online. Also why do we choose samples online when we don't even get them half the time and half time we do They are not what i choose. Also play box has way too many variations with one or twogreat box #s then the rest are oldproduct that was 100point perks (i know forsure because some if these i cashed my points in for and they have the identical barcode sticker on the back)  the value of the boxes differ for each box # and they should all be equal value. Sephora has hundreds of brands yet we get the same brands over and over

I would love to attend in my areas, but there are none. I think everyone should have a place that participates. I think that would be the largest improvement available.

I can't give feedback or thoughts for "playdates" because their has never been one in my area for me to attend to. Its very disappointing to get emails inviting me to these events yet they are rarely in my state let alone driving distance for me.

Like so many other commenters, I would like a Play date nearer to my location!  There's only one in the DC area, which given the traffic here, is impossible to get to after work.  I've been really happy with my Play boxes, and I would love to take advantage of these dates.  Sephora, please improve and expand the locations offered!

There is no “play date” near me & I’m not driving an hour & a half there & an hour & a half back in DC traffic to go to this.  I’ve had two boxes & think they are way over priced.  I don’t like the lipstick colors, too dark, & the samples are tiny.  I’m calling to cancel my order this morning.  Very disappointed in Sephora with this product.

I just got an email with a link to find out what's in my Play box this month. I haven't received it yet, and this is my first Play box. The email took me to your site and stated that I'm getting a sample of MUFE's Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation in Y445. That is going to be WAY TOO DARK for me. It's not going to be invisible at all! I don't understand why you would send me that color.

Like many others have said, please have more locations with Play! dates. The one store in my area is easily an hour+ drive in rush hour traffic. Why not have ones downtown or with more geographical dispersion.

I hope you will continue Play date because it was a fun and informative event! I attended one at the 86th & Lex location in NYC and ended up buying 2 new full-size products after the Sephora beauty experts did their presentation! My only complaint is that I always have to call the store to sign up because the electronic calendar never works for me. Maybe we could register my emailing or texting the store instead? Just a suggestion.

Love The Play, NEVER can make an appointment no matter where I call here in Houston Galleria or any other location, It is so popular that spots get filled very fast.

Maybe allow more spots?? Only for customers that buy one of the products on the kit???

Thanks for your fun way to make the experience of makeup so fun in everyday, also how can I study make up design here in Houston,? Are you planning to open a Sephora School in Houston?? One day

I attended the 1 and only play! date offered in my area just after the boxes became availble in my region. I really enjoyed it, bit found ot to be very structured and limited to a few customers. How about offering an "all day" play date, where play! customers can come anytime on a specific date and get the play experience at a seperate table or area of the store? I am rather experienced w makeup, but whenever I ask an employee about the play! card, they don't seem to know what to do.

I've all but given up on the idea of attending a play date. There are no locations within 250 mile radius. Make play dates accessible to all of your beauty insiders.

There are MANY stores near me in DC, but the only one that has any dates is an hour drive, so I've never been. It would make a lot of sense to have 1 downtown or even at Pentagon City so it would be more accessible to those of us who don't have cars. Thank you!

When first October box was revealed, I had products like Laura mercier translucent powder and Chanel Gabrielle Parfüme and now I am receiving different stuff well bare minerals powder which I already own one and Sephora brand cleanser and grace perfume?? I was so looking forward for those two to try meaning the Chanel perfume and Laura powder . I am bit dissapointed hopefully for the next box it will not be repeated.oh and forgot the FX drops which I was also so looking to try (((instead of this 1 I am receiving pic 2 :((((
